Ok this has a zipper back. There isn’t much stretch at all - so I wear a medium in this dress ( I usually wear a small and I’m a size 4-6) if you have a small chest and small is your go to size I believe your good! I just feel better in a medium. It can be snug in the chest so size up if u have a large chest
