Long flowy skirt elastic waist slit light weight

Red flowy skirt with bulldogs and slit! This is poly and is super light and breezy! Has a slit and super elastic waist! 
I have a small on. I feel like if your a S or M you should do a size small skirt 

if your a Large you could do a m skirt and if your a XL you could do a Large skirt. You have plenty of room!
